Her robust background in practice management and billing is complemented by years as NextGen Implementation Director for a large IPA. Keeping an eye on your bottom line, Allison has logged over 12 years in corporate account management and international tax preparation with a focus on healthcare payroll, budgets, and planning. Since 2010 she's turned her pennywise mind to NextGen project management, marking a return to her degree in computer science. Says Allison, "I enjoy knowing my clients and their needs. Recognized for his positive attitude and attention to detail, Bradley brings innovative ideas and tech savvy to his teams. Drawing from a background in medical records and front office operations, Brad is NextGen certified in EPM and EHR and licensed in Massage Therapy. His 8+ years in healthcare inspire him to resolve provider concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.

Starting as a Certified Pharmacy Tech in 2005, Tim has cultivated a fruitful path in Healthcare Technology. He worked in Pharmacy Accounts Receivable, then trained and supported enterprise computer solutions for pharmacies nationwide as a Health IT Integration Specialist, followed by a transition into the EHR/EPM space. Consistently regarded by his customers as "a privilege to work with," Tim is a devoted analyst and trainer.

Brandon's experience in training, management, and client services allows him to approach EHR implementation with the mindset of placing clients' needs first and foremost. He specializes in understanding the different learning styles of each client, tailoring his implementation approach to their specific abilities.

Ryan specializes in the implementation, development, and maintenance of EHRs. With his previous experience in IT, Practice Management, and operations, Ryan is able to utilize his end-to-end knowledge of practice workflow to maximize daily EHR production.

"Ultimately, I want our customers to embrace the product," says Ryan. He's implemented and developed NextGen solutions from the ground up. Having started as a help desk tech in 2004 and then promoting his career as an onsite analyst for EPM and EHR, his early years in the clinic now inform his template development with a sharp eye toward provider needs and concerns.

Aaron has 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT and an additional 4 years in healthcare operations. His passion for technology and seasoned exposure to "life in the trenches" has made him an invaluable leader in demanding implementations. He brings real world know-how to clients, allowing him to implement shrinking workflow gaps and leaner processes to every project he touches.

Sarah is a Certified Athletic Trainer whose background has provided her with an understanding of clinical workflows coupled with the technical strength to successfully implement an EHR. Sarah excels in template development and has worked with various physician groups to streamline their EHR process through customized templates, documents, and Crystal Reports.

Another one of TempDev's fine Implementation Specialists, Chad has 16+ years of experience in Technology Services and 4+ years of experience using NextGen. He has been commended for his leadership of team projects, keeping a cool head in demanding situations, and having the foresight to anticipate obstacles to success. What does he enjoy about this job? As one of TempDev's talented development crew, Amanda has experience in a wide range of clinical specialties. From gynecology to oncology and ophthalmology, Amanda has been customizing templates for over 8 years. "Making templates more user friendly and helping users love the transition and not feel overwhelmed is what I look forward to," she says.

For over 15 years, Mike has been recognized as an energetic and resourceful manager of large-scale technical projects. He has extensive experience in the clinic as an EMR trainer, exacting skills as a template and interface analyst, and has had distinguished success as a former Service Partner to CMS's Incentive Program for Meaningful Use . He's happy to bring his strong business acumen and creative solutions to your next project.

Endorsed by colleagues as a dedicated team member with excellent customer service skills, Asonya has been customizing NextGen templates since 2007. "Venturing out into new [technical] environments and enhancing my skillset so I add more value to the team," this is what she enjoys about her job. An MS in Software Development plus many years at a teaching institution have given her the chance to create leading-edge solutions for a diverse set of disciplines.

With her computer science and IT background, Tsen-Txheng brings extensive knowledge to template development and reporting. Her years of experience in both the computer and healthcare industries brings her varied knowledge together to ensure the development of quality EHR interfaces. Tsen-Txheng’s experience with various physician groups also allows her to build unique EHR templates that fit each and every specialty needs.

An end-to-end expert for the clinic and office staff, Ginger is NextGen certified in EHR, EPM, ICS, and EAS. She has over 7 years of experience in NextGen training and implementation along with real clinical knowledge gathered from 6 years as a Medical Assistant. Friendly and engaging, Ginger loves to make training fun so that people actually enjoy learning.

Proud to be a go-to resource for providers and staff, Lacey is RHIT certified and well versed in the clinic. Her experience as a NextGen SME for a diverse health system has provided her the unique opportunity to integrate the front lines of ambulatory and acute care settings. "The patient's overall health experience, that's what I like to optimize," says Lacey.

Derek has over 11 years of experience in healthcare IT and over 6 years of experience with NextGen. As an Analyst for Siemens Healthcare, he managed the implementation and maintenance of a large NextGen rollout, from overall strategy to provider training and template customization.
