Edlyn develops templates with a primary focus on clinical content and user interface needs. Edlyn’s experience working for a medical office enables her to fully understand the end-to-end workflows required between the front office, clinic visit, billing and reporting.

Joel’s areas of expertise include: clinical workflow, support, training and Information Technology. His specialty is in working with large multi-practice enterprises to enhance both the clinical and non-clinical experience.

Marti has over 20 years of experience in health care administration and information technology. She is Mirth Certified and focuses on cost-effect and scalable interfaces, integration and HIE solutions. As a business analyst, she believes in a holistic approach that includes applications, workflow, clinicians and their staff.

Ryan specializes in the implementation, development, and maintenance of EHRs. With his previous experience in IT, Practice Management and operations, Ryan is able to utilize his end-to-end knowledge of practice workflow to maximize daily EHR production.

David’s background with both practices and interface vendors provides him with the unique perspective to complete projects quickly and efficiently. He understands the complexities of the EHR and its components to make it as user friendly as possible.

Vanessa specializes in the support, development, and maintenance of various EHR systems. She strives to refine system functionality while enhancing user experience.

Stephen’s experiences in IT and as a former EMT give him a unique perspective which he applies to both template development and training solutions to provide the best possible clinical and user-experience outcomes.

Asonya is software developer and has been in healthcare IT for over 12 years. She specializes in template development with a focus on clinical content. Her IT background and previous experiences help her to understand end to end workflows. Asonya strives in assisting clients to meet all of their development needs.

Patrick specializes in EHR implementation and template development. He combines technical knowledge, healthcare experience and a warm personality to help practitioners and staff succeed with their electronic healthcare endeavors.

Sarah is a Certified Athletic Trainer whose background has provided her with understanding of clinical workflows in conjunction with technical strength to implement an EHR. Sarah excels in template development and has worked with various physician groups to streamline their EHR process through customized templates, documents and Crystal Reports.
